Pilot Workshops
Engaging in pilot activities provide a great opportunity for organisations to leverage knowledge and experience through evaluating Microsoft Online Services as part of their organisational IT strategy. With minimal investment, organisations can effectively establish Office 365’s suitability for a wider corporate roll out.
In a pilot workshop, ICS Solutions look to support a client’s evaluation of Microsoft Online Services through real-world experience, and start to realise the value of the Cloud immediately. This would entail the exploration of the prerequisites and suggested user group, which of the services are most appropriate and how those services would be best utilised by the organisation.
This workshop is often seen as the fundamental starting block to a further pilot engagement.
Prerequisites and Preparatory Workshops
Microsoft Office 365 encompasses a range of new technologies to support the new features
and functionality of the platform. This means there is a greater list of prerequisites that organisations must take into consideration before on-boarding to Office 365.
These workshops are designed to address an organisation's current infrastructure and deployed desktop software, and better explore the upgrade and provisioning process.
